We can't wait to see you for your session! Please arrive 10 minutes prior to start time (6:00pm) to find your spot and take a few minutes to get settled in with a pre-session smoke! We like to give a 10 minute grace period to anyone running a few minutes late, and like to start the flow session by 6:15 pm

No worries if it's your first time with us, feel free to enter through Sunset Glass Gallery and they can walk you over to the studio space and answer any questions along the way!

RELEASE OF LIABILITY, ASSUMPTION OF RISK, WAIVER OF CLAIMS & INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENT
In consideration of being allowed to participate in the event hosted by Sunset Holdings LLC (dba) Sunset Education Center (“Host”) and participate in the activities other services offered by Host, participants do hereby agree, to the fullest extent permitted by law, as follows: At event, the Host may offer, as part of its promotional offerings, certain cannabis-based products to participants that legally purchased tickets and are permitted to attend SEC . Only those over the age of 18 for medicinal reasons and those over the age of 21 for recreational use are permitted to take and consume cannabis or cannabis-based products at event provided by Host in accordance with Arizona law. Host may request that participants provide or show a government issued identification card, medicinal marijuana use cards or other similar documentations to verify the age of participants to ensure they are over the appropriate age prior to offering any cannabis products to participants.

Participants further expressly agrees:
1) TO WAIVE ALL CLAIMS that Participant (or his/her next of kin) has or may have against the Host, arising out of the Participant’s participation in the Activities or the use and consumption of any cannabis or cannabis-based products offered by the Host as part of its promotional offerings during event. Participant is responsible for the actions of himself or herself and acknowledges that participant is solely responsible for any and all damages suffered by himself or herself or caused to third parties including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, death, disfigurement, or loss of consortium as a result of consumption of any cannabis or cannabis-based products offered by the Host during or after event or in the Activities offered by Host. This waiver extends to any and all claims of every kind or nature whatsoever, foreseen or unforeseen, known or unknown.

2) TO ASSUME ALL RISKS of consuming cannabis and cannabis-based products and participating in Activities offered by Host even those caused by the negligent acts or conduct of the Host, its owners, affiliates, operators, employees, agents, and/or officers. Participant understands the inherent risks of consuming cannabis. Participant further understands the inherent risks of Activities and participation in those Activities.

3) TO RELEASE Host, its owners, affiliates, operators, employees, agents, and/or officers from all liability for any loss, damage, injury, death, or expense that the Participant (or his/her next of kin) may suffer, arising out of his/her consumption of cannabis or cannabis-based products offered by Host and participation in Activities during event.

4) TO INDEMNIFY Host, its owners, affiliates, operators, employees, agents, and/or officers from all liability for any loss, damage, injury, death, or expense that the Participant (or his/her next of kin) may suffer, arising out of his/her consumption of cannabis or cannabis-based products offered by Host during or after event and participation in Activities offered by Host during event.
